TV Discussion about Education [Education]
It was interesting for me that the public broadcasting in Japan aired the discussion about the educational real work place. In the program, people were exchanging various opinions from each different point of view. The program gives me who do not have a direct connection to the student in daily life a lot of instructions. My sister-in-law is a music teacher in an elementary school. According to her story, working in the educational real field is hard work. Yes, it is hard to work in my company which tries to reduce the cost, but their work places seem a bit harder in another meaning.
I think it was an opinion of junior high school student. She said, “Let’s all come up with it together!” I thought it was a nice opinion. Also, the opinion that the adult person in this country cannot show the ideal image of grownup was a reasonable and bitter-painful opinion. The TV discussion was meaningful in the context that we can hear and re-recognize problems in the real work place, about which I cannot be normally concerned.
It is not directly, but we can precipitate in the problem now happens in the educational work field. Though it deflects from the main topic, I see the nice point of this TV station different to the other commercial TV stations. It is meaningful that we can share various opinions on the problem. I do not have a child, but co-workers or friends have children. So I am concerned in educational problems in an indirect sense. I am a company employee but I would like to think about what I can do for them in my own way.

＜TVの教育ディスカッションについ＞
NHKでやっていた、教育に関するディスカッションは面白かった。いろいろな方がそれぞれの立場で意見を交わされていて、社会生活で、学生と接点のない私としては勉強になった。義妹は小学校で音楽の先生をやっている。現場は大変だそうだ。うちの会社も経費抑制で、厳しい状態だが、教育現場も大変らしい。
一人、中学生だったか、みなで考えましょうという内容を発言していた。良い意見だと思った。また、大人が、理想的な大人像を示せていない点は、ごもっともでちょっと痛い意見。普段意識しない問題に関して、現場の声を聞け、改めて、問題を認識できるという意味でＴＶのライブディスカッションは有意義だと思う。間接的ではあるが、今起こっている教育現場の問題に参加できる。
ちょっと外れるが、民放とはちがったＮＨＫの良さが出ていたと思う。問題に対する様々な意見を共有できるという意味で、有意義であると思う。子供がいるわけではないが、友人、同僚は子供を抱えているわけで、教育に関する話は無関係ではない。わたしなり、会社員の立場だが、できることはなにか考えたいと思う。
